Come and make music and explore historical objects with our friendly team of professional workshop leaders and musicians.
Our team are trained to ensure these workshops are suitable for those living with long term health conditions, including Dementia and Parkinsons.
Participate sessions are on Tuesday afternoons 14.00-16.00 at the Waterloo Centre in Leiston.

These sessions will bring you together with others in your local community, providing an opportunity to take part in activities and connect over tea and cake. Sessions last for two hours and tea and cake is provided. No musical experience is necessary.
Participate is a project run by Britten Pears Arts and is free to attend.
